Roni Neff is Research and Policy Director of Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future (CLF) and is on faculty at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her current research addresses themes including: food system contributions to climate change: the food price crisis; the Farm Bill and public health; and access to healthy, sustainably produced food in Baltimore. She leads the American Public Health Association’s (APHA) Food and Environment Working Group, which works to build the profile of food system and public health issues within the APHA, the public health field, and beyond. She has worked in public health research, policy and practice for nearly 20 years. She received her PhD from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and her master’s degree from the Harvard School of Public Health.
